Creating a Magical Garden and Healing Pond (audio CD) June 2005

Dr. Charlotte told me she had a new relaxation CD. Well, let me tell you a little story. I hate relaxation, feelings, imagination, blah, blah. The end. For some strange reason, I said “I’ll try it.” I looked at the back. It said: “Track 1 – Practicing your balloon breath; Track 2 – Relaxing your muscles; Track 3 – Relaxing your body with rainbow light; Track 4 – Creating a magical garden and healing pond; Track 5 – Continuing to relax with music only”. I took the CD home and put it in my CD player. I sat down on my bed. I started to hear music. A few minutes later I heard Dr. Charlotte’s voice. After a short “Let’s take some time now to relax…,” Dr. Charlotte’s voice told me about the “balloon breath”, which is basically deep breathing. After that, her voice told me about tensing and relaxing muscles. Next was relaxing my body with rainbow light. All the colors of the rainbow go through your body, taking away pain and sadness.
Then there was the moment I had been waiting for – creating a magical garden and healing pond. Dr. Charlotte’s voice guided me to go up to a path, and then there was a gate. The key to the gate is under a rock. As her voice says, it has my initials on it. I opened the gate to a piece of land. A wizard is there to help me plant my garden. My wizard is a giant grey cat wearing a pink shirt and pointed cap. I could even plant seeds of friendship, hope, and other feelings. As soon as my wizard and I plant the garden, I have to go make my healing pond. It’s a pink pond, but you could make it blue, yellow, or even purple if you wanted to. It heals all of you, and you can even drink it. My dolphin friend is swimming in the water. Finally, I went out of my garden, placed the key back under the rock, and I continued to listen to the calming music. I decided relaxing wasn’t so bad after all. It made me feel wonderful!
